  Credit card information is necessary to guarantee the hotel booking. The deposit will not be charged to the credit card given at the time of booking. A penalty fee will be charged to the credit card in the event of cancellation or no-show (please see cancellation terms and conditions below). Any booking requested will be confirmed by G2 Consultora upon receipt of the complete reservation form. Rates are stated in United States dollar, the exchange rate will be the one applicable at the time of check out and in accordance with the BNA quote of the day. The total amount will be paid to the hotel at the moment of the check-out. Any extraordinary expense, such as mini-bar and telephone fees, shall be cancelled at the hotel and upon check-out.

   

  Rooms will be available for check in from 3:00 pm until 12:00 pm for guest’s check out.

  Any Cancellation Request shall be done in writing to G2 Consultora. Please do not contact the hotel.

  No penalty fee shall apply for any cancellation received until September 8th, 2022.

   

  Any cancellation received from September 9th, 2022, will be charged as one night per cancellation.

   

  Any cancellation received after October 28th, 2022 (rooms or nights cancelled and no-shows) will be charged in full. No reimbursement will be made.
