The Argentine Oil and Gas Institute (IAPG) together with the Regional Association Of Oil, Gas and Biofuels Sector Companies in Latin America and the Caribbean (ARPEL) is organizing the 4th Latin American and Caribbean Congres - Refining, to be held at the Sheraton Hotel in the city of Mar del Plata on November 17 through 20, 2015.

Under the motto “Towards Operational Excellence” we expect to generate a dynamic debate to exchange information as well as to provide knowledge update for professionals on the downstream segment in the oil industry.

The event will include technical paper presentations during Oral and Poster Sessions, Round Tables and Conferences which undoubtedly will meet the expectations of the most demanding professionals.
