Individual reservations

The credit card information is necessary to guarantee the hotel reservation. No deposit will be charged to the credit card upon making the reservation. In the case of cancellation or no-show, a penalty will be charged to the credit card (please see cancellation conditions below). Reservations will be made and confirmed by G2 Consultora once the registration form has been completed. Rates are quoted in US dollars, the exchange rate will be that at the moment of the check-out and as per the quote of the BCRA (Banco Central de la República Argentina). The total amount of the accommodation will be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out. Additional expenses, such as mini-bar and telephone calls will also be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.
Rooms will be available as from 3:00pm on the day of arrival and until 12:00pm on the day of departure.

Cancellation conditions

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to “G2 Consultora”. Please do not contact the hotel on your own. 
No penalties for cancellations received until November 1, 2015.
Those cancellations received after November 2, 2015 (cancelled rooms, cancelled nights or no-shows) will pay the charge of 2 (two) nights. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations.
