• > Individual reservations for official hotels

  Credit card information is necessary to guarantee the hotel reservation. No deposit will be charged to the credit card upon making the reservation. In the case of cancellation or no-show, a penalty will be charged to the credit card (please see cancellation conditions below). G2 Consultora sends the reservation directly to the hotel; this is an exclusive service to the Congress participants. The Hotel collects the reservation and issues the corresponding invoice. Rates are quoted in US dollars, the exchange rate will be that at the moment of the check-out and as per the quote of the BCRA (Banco Central de la República Argentina). The total amount of the accommodation will be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out. Additional expenses, such as mini-bar and telephone calls will also be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.

   

  Rooms will be available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival until 12:00pm on the day of departure.

   

• > Cancellation terms and conditions for official hotels

  Cancellation requests must be made in writing to ‘G2 Consultora’. Please do not contact the hotel on your own. G2 Consultora – 7th Congress on production  and development of hydrocarbon reserves (IAPG)

  No penalties for cancellations received until August 5, 2019.

  Those cancellations received as from August 6, 2019, will pay one night as cancellation charge.

  Those cancellations received after October 15, 2019 (cancelled rooms, cancelled nights or no shows) will pay the total charge. There will be no reimbursement.
