About Speaker:

Sandra served as HSE Manager at Pluspetrol Peru from 2000 to 2007, where she was responsible for the design and implementation of environmental and social standards and programs of the Camisea Upstream Project, including the biodiversity strategy and participative processes with native communities, relationship with stakeholders, native organizations, government agencies and financial institutions.

Currently, she is Corporate Environmental Manager at Pluspetrol, where she is in charge of the design of environmental and social strategies for the Company's activities worldwide, including the early risk assessment in new geographies, due diligence, biodiversity management systems and action plans.

She is founding member of the Argentine Environmental Conservation Olympics in the Hydrocarbon Industry (IAPG); at present, she chairs the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of ARPEL and she is a member of the Climate Change Working Group of that same association.
