Geophysics Symposium Fernando Fantín, in memoriam |
Geophysics: Bridging the Gap
Main purpose: Space for scientific debate and sharing experiences held every three years. We encourage industry colleagues to participate by submitting technical papers on topics to do with any of the stages in the branches of geophysics. These include: acquisition, processing, interpretation, new developments, implementations, workflows, modeling, conventional or unconventional reservoir characterization, etc, in which geophysics bridges the gap with other earth sciences so that multidisciplinary teams contribute to hydrocarbon discovery and exploration.
The deadline for submitting papers is March 30, 2014. The Organizing Committee is available to clarify any doubt you might have.
Looking forward to your participation, kind regards.
Symposium Objectives
- Meeting and networking among Geophysicists
- Dissemination, Exchange of Information and Experiences
- Move forward and debate about leading edge geophysics techniques and their capacity to bridge gaps with other sciences
